Turnor’s syndrome is a disorder is generally found in girls and affects 1 in every 2000 girls. It occurs because of the presence of only one X chromosomes instead of two X chromosomes. Girls suffering from this disorder usually have a short stature if left untreated. Turnor’s syndrome can be treated with the help of hormone therapy. This disorder leads to improper growth of ovaries, stymies a girl’s sexual development and affects the ability to bear kids. Most of the girls suffering from this disorder tend to be infertile and are incapable to conceive. It can also lead to kidney problems, high blood pressure, heart problems, overweight, hearing impairments, diabetes and thyroid dysfunctions.
